SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping destinations
ÉLUVÉNIA currently ships to Canada and the United States only.

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within Canada and the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate below.

Estimated delivery
Standard delivery is estimated at 6–14 business days after shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Timing can vary by product, destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.

Fulfillment
We work with third-party suppliers who ship directly to customers. Products may ship from outside Canada or the United States, including China. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
When your order ships and tracking becomes available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier update.

Taxes and import charges
Any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Depending on the shipment and applicable rules, customs authorities or carriers may assess additional duties, taxes, or handling charges that are not collected at checkout. Free shipping refers to the standard transportation charge.

Delivery address
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun.

Delayed or missing orders

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At ÉLUVÉNIA, we want your order to arrive as described and in good condition.

Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description, dimensions, and selected options before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact eluvenia.store@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where available.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Where a return is required because of a confirmed product defect or our error, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier. We will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Return instructions
Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not send items to the address printed on the parcel unless we confirm that address in writing.

Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will confirm when a refund has been issued. The time needed for it to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
